      Artifact Description:

      For specialty uses, Howe Press makes an assortment of slates: the playing card slate marks any standard size playing card with Braille symbols, single line slates (for Dymo Tape), the cassette tape slate for Brailling cassette labels, and a pocket slate for post-card size paper and notes.
