Alex Gillaspie, IDB Transition student, is a busy young man

Alex Gillaspie, Marion High School wrestler and Iowa Braille Challenge participant

Alex Gillaspie, 15, of Marion, is a young blind Iowan on the move. Alex is currently involved in the Iowa Department for the Blind's Transition program [2]. The Marion freshman was also a recent participant in the Iowa Braille Challenge [3] on February 8, 2014. In addition, the young athlete is very involved in his school's wrestling program.
