Visitors to the Iowa Department for the Blind (IDB) may be greeted by the Department's newest employee. Peggy Shipley started working as a Secretary at IDB on Monday, April 13.
Peggy is a native Iowan, a graduate of Davenport Central High School, and has worked for the City of Davenport. She recently returned to Iowa from Kansas where she was working for the City of Prairie Village. Peggy’s duties will involve the intake process for new referrals, staffing the switchboard as needed, and various other administrative tasks. Please welcome Peggy to IDB!
