Volunteers are integral in providing world class services at the Iowa Department for the Blind (IDB).  Learn how you can serve the blind and print-disabled community with your time and talents.

Do you:

  • Enjoy reading aloud?
  • Type accurately?
  • Have a knack for proofreading or editing?
  • Have computer or music skills, especially in audio recording or editing?
  • Want to serve on a committee or board?

If you answered Yes to any of the above questions, we have a volunteer position for you.
