Overview
ACE Academy Online Trainings, powered by Sky’s the Limit Communications, offers dynamic, 90-minute virtual workshops designed to prepare pre-ETS students (ages 14–21) for success in school, work, and life. Each workshop features engaging topics and guest speakers who bring real-world experience and insight.
Common session themes include:
- Career Exploration
- Job Readiness Skills (such as networking)
- Self-Advocacy
- Post-Secondary Opportunities
- Communication & Soft Skills
Because the program is virtual, students can connect with guest speakers from across the country, gaining access to a broad professional network. Previous speakers have included social workers, music producers, mental health professionals, disability advocates, policy and grant writers, and even a fashion podcaster.
