Deafblind Client Survey
At the Iowa Department for the Blind, we are always looking for ways to expand and improve our services to better meet the needs of blind, low vision, and deafblind Iowans. One of the best ways we can do this is by gathering feedback directly from the people we serve. If you are a deafblind individual living in Iowa, we invite you to complete the adult or youth survey, as applicable.
