Overview

August is Children's Eye Health & Safety Month. Here at the Iowa Department for the Blind, we recognize that a child's diagnosis of blindness or low vision can bring many questions and often create feelings of uncertainty. We are here to work with parents, teachers, and doctors to provide a variety of youth services - helping to ensure your child's future.
